Evolution of the Coaching Plan
When a client has potential interest in
coaching, we spend approximately an hour to determine if what they
need and what I offer is a true fit. We also invest a few
minutes in discussing the guidelines for working together.
When a person becomes a coaching client, that relationship is highly
confidential on my part. I have clients who choose to tell
lots of people that they work with me, and others who want it to
remain private. For my part, regardless of their choice, I do
not share the names of those with whom I work.
The working plan with clients is specific
behavioral changes important to that client. My style is a
blended one of keen listening, focused questions, and ideas /
suggestions that meet a client's needs.
If a client is interested in moving forward,
the typical agreement is for 6 (2-hour) sessions. Clients pay
may choose to pay at the beginning of each session, or pay 50% prior
to first session, and the remainder prior to the fourth session.
The investment includes the sessions and supplementary materials
that I've developed.
