GOMO!®
Get Over it; Move On!
You are always right...except when you are wrong.
Conflicts rear up when you hold fast that you are
right, and I hold fast that you are wrong.
Conflicts sap our time, energy, and focus whether we
choose an aggressive stance at charging at conflict full steam ahead
or a passive stance that pretends that the conflict isn't a problem.
Thousands of dollars and thousands of minutes are
wasted every day as we hammer away trying to convince others to see
things "my way." Time is wasted, goals are sabotages, and
relationships are broken.
GOMO!® is needed. Get Over it; Move On!
GOMO!® Get Over it; Move On!, is all about
discovering the power of getting over the conflicts that block
healthy relationships and desired goals. GOMO!® is an
opportunity to release conflict to focus on the "pieces of power"
that lead to extraordinary goal achievement and trusted
relationships. GOMO!® is a simple process that recovers your
freedom, peace of mind, and productivity. We hear the proof of
this truth over and over again!
Get Over it; Move On! what do you need to get
over? What conflicts get in your way? What conflicts are
stumbling blocks for your team? There are many areas of life
that deserve the blessing of GOMO!® such as daily annoyances,
petty grievances, and situational stress. Life's curve balls,
unfinished business with someone, grudges, past sadness, personal
betrayals, and/or historical anger are several more examples of the
kinds of conflict that can be resolved the GOMO!® way.
GOMO!® Get Over it; Move On, is a proven
5-step system acknowledging the issues that create obstacles in our
lives...and for overcoming then. Too often negative emotions
from anger, grudges, and hurt create obstacles to living richly.
Learn the steps for getting over your pain and righting wrongs.
Then you focus on "Moving On," building the trust in relationships
that frees you for abundant living.
In steps 1-4 you'll learn how to "Get Over" pain and
right the "wrongs" in your relationships. Step 5 gives you
"Move On" strategies for building essential trust in your
relationships. Consider the GOMO!® basics:
Get connected - what
are your feelings about your "it"?
Own your "it" - what are the facts
around your "it"?
Make your decisions - are you willing
to release your "it"?
Opt for action - let it go!
! Replace the space - Move On to
freedom with a
"piece of strength"

"The concept of GOMO!®
Get Over it; Move On! was shared with me several years ago by Susan.
I immediately adopted the idea because it's such a powerful yet fun
reminder to not dwell on the thing that we either have no control of
or that sometime become just 'one of those things.' The idea
of GOMO! has become a family saying for us and although we sometimes
say it in jest, we also know that there are things in life we really
do need to 'get over'. The thing I like best about GOMO! is
that it's a choice I make. I can choose to be mad or
angry at whatever the situation may be or I can choose to GOMO!
By choosing GOMO!, I free myself from negative feelings and can move
past the situation much quicker." -- Rhonda McCleary, Small
Business Owner
"Susan’s ability to
captivate the room and make the group excited to do activities
together was wonderful. She is dynamic and the group became dynamic
with her."
