1. We walk you through the entire process, making sure you have the resources and support you need to achieve the results you desire.
2. You receive up to two hours of personal coaching / facilitation training / support for your chosen facilitator by telephone or face-to-face. Susan helps your facilitator choose the best activities to enliven and illustrate key points . She also assists with the focus and clarity of the project, and she provides suggestions and advice for the most effective follow through.
3. Deanne, our in-house designer, creates a full-color notebook of resource information to direct your group's leadership skills learning and project development. Your tailored notebook arrives in a PDF file at least 10-days before your event so that you can make as many copies as needed to meet the needs of your participants.
